I train and help to coach with Destination Judo classes at Danderhall and Glenrothes.
I also help out with the Judo Scotland Talent Development Squad.
My 3 children are part of the squad at Glenrothes.

What are a few of your Judo highlights?
Winning a Gold at the World Veterans in Amsterdam and a Bronze at the European Veterans in Glasgow.
Favourite sport outside judo?
Hobbies?
I love walking with my little Yorkshire terrier Darla. We go walking in hills around Fife and she also loves a run along the beach. I like to swim as well; it’s nice and relaxing especially after doing judo.
Keeping Fit
Favourite charity?
Yorkhill Children’s Charity was set up to support the Yorkhill Children’s Hospital in Glasgow. They raise money for equipment and research which saves life’s everyday. My son Alfie had heart surgery at Yorkhill when he was 5. This is my way of giving a bit back.

Achievements outside of Judo?
I have 3 children who all do judo.
It’s definitely hard work being a mum!
Favourite Food and drink?
I also love a cup of tea and a cake .
